Who operates perdurance.dev, and how to reach them.

In effect from 10 September 2026 · Perdurance

This notice is published under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), which requires anyone providing a service over the internet from Spain to identify themselves to the people who use it.

Who operates this service

Operator: José Cabrero-Holgueras
Trading as: Perdurance
Established in: Madrid, Spain
Contact: [email protected]

Perdurance is the trading name under which José Cabrero-Holgueras provides this service. Correspondence of any kind — commercial, legal or regulatory — is answered at [email protected].

What the service is

Perdurance accepts a request intended for a large language model, answers with an identifier immediately, performs the upstream call on the submitter’s behalf, and stores the request, the response, each streamed chunk and the usage counts so that the result can be collected later by that identifier.

The service is offered to businesses and to people acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. It is not offered to consumers. The terms of service set out what that means for both sides.

Intellectual property

Perdurance is proprietary software. The software, this website, its text, its artwork and the Perdurance name and mark belong to José Cabrero-Holgueras or to the parties who licensed them to him. There is no public source repository, and no licence to copy, adapt, decompile or redistribute any of it is granted by the fact that it is reachable on the internet.

Text quoted from third-party documentation, and any open-source components the software depends on, remain the property of their own authors and are used under their own licences.

Links and availability

This site links to services operated by other people. Those links are provided for convenience. José Cabrero-Holgueras does not control what is published at the other end of them and answers for none of it.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate and available, but no guarantee of either is given here. What is guaranteed about the service itself, and what is not, is stated in the terms of service.
